2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut water
2 tbsp of lime juice
1 tbsp agave nectar
½ tsp vanilla
3 tbsp of water
pinch of sea salt
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 cup of ice
1. Add the frozen pineapple, coconut water, agave nectar (optional), lime juice, vanilla, and sea salt in the blender and blend. Add a little bit of water to help it blend.
2. Add in the spinach and the ice blend on low speed then work your way to medium speed to get the right consistency.
3. Once it's ready, pour into a glass and serve.
