Today's workout is a 4x2 Strength circuit featuring Deadlifts, Planks, and more! It also includes a Tricep Dips test that you'll return to later in the challenge!

4x2 Strength Circuit
- 4 exercises by reps
- 2 rounds, with no breaks unless needed
- Make sure to warm up and cool down

Exercises & reps
1. 20x Single Leg Deadlifts (10 on each side)
2. Tricep Dips: Perform to failure and record your reps as test to compare to later in the challenge
3. 20x Forward Lunges
4. 20x Alternating High Planks
