In today’s session, we will practice some mood-boosting meditations. Specifically, we will focus on affirmations that help energize and motivate us. Since our tendency is often more toward negative thoughts, today we’ll focus on shifting these to more positive thoughts.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
