A strong back and upright posture enables us to stand tall and feel more confident and empowered. A strong, well-conditioned back can withstand more stress, and protect the spine better, ensuring that we are less likely to get injured as we move and exercise. In this session, Julie will guide you through a yoga sequence incorporating a series of dynamic poses that stretch and strengthen the back.
