Norway meets the Mediterranean in this fabulous baked fish dish! In this tutorial learn how to cook cod wrapped in bacon. Serve with ratatouille for a great fish supper.

Cooking Recipe

Servings: 1
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Ready In: 22 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cod fillet
2 bacon rashers
olive oil
ratatouille

Directions:
1. Feel for bones in your fish. Remove them by cutting a groove down the bone line and discarding the strip you remove.

2. Wrap the fillet in bacon, first in one direction, then the other.

3. Place the fish in an oven-proof dish with a little olive oil and salt. Bake for 20 minutes.

4. Serve with Ratatouille.
