1 cod fillet
2 bacon rashers
1. Feel for bones in your fish. Remove them by cutting a groove down the bone line and discarding the strip you remove.
2. Wrap the fillet in bacon, first in one direction, then the other.
3. Place the fish in an oven-proof dish with a little olive oil and salt. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Serve with Ratatouille.
