1. Start off by prepping your vegetables. Take the green onions and cut the ends off. Husk 4 tomatillos and cut your jalapenos in half and take out all the seeds. Finally cut a whole onion in half, take the skin off and you’re ready to grill.
2. Place all the vegetables on the grill and roast them till they have a lot of good dark colors and feels spongy.
3.Using a hand blender, blend all of the roasted vegetables together. Add couple cloves of garlic for some kick. Once you have the ingredients blended add ½ avocado to the salsa and hit it once again with the hand blender.
4. Add in a pinch of cilantro and blend it again. Plate it, top it off with a little more cilantro and your ready to serve!
