Cardio Barre Fusion is formatted to be a heart pumping good time that will help you take your fitness to the next level. This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe. We will begin with a 40 minute barre portion that focuses on toning the arms and sculpting long lean legs. Next, we will move to the mat to challenge our core in a way that only traditional Pilates mat work can do. We will wrap up our workout with a flowing yoga sequence to further challenge our bodies while stretching and lengthening our muscles.
