A great 15 minute full-body workout out followed by five minutes of ab exercises and a warm-down. This is a great video for when you are short on time, but still want to get a great cardio workout that strengthens and tones. The workout consists of 3 rounds of five different exercises - 15 reps in round 1, 10 reps in round 2, and 8 reps in round 3. There's no equipment needed for this workout, so have fun breaking a sweat along with Dana in this Grokker Premium video.
