In this second level of metabolic training you'll start out with back stretches to loosen up, and get your heart rate up with bodyweight moves that also work on balance as they increase stamina.

Details

For this video you'll use dumbbells and kettlebells if you have them. If you don't, waterbottles or other household items work great as weights, or the loaded moves can be done with bodyweight only. You'll also need a box, stool, or low chair.
