Master your metabolic training in the third level of training! Start with myofascial stretches to loosen your muscles and ligaments, and get your heart pumping with low-weight moves to increase your stamina and cardiovascular health.


For this video you'll use dumbbells and kettlebells if you have them. If you don't, waterbottles or other household items work great as weights, or the loaded moves can be done with bodyweight only. You'll also need a box, stool, or low chair.

· Loaded Squat
· Elevated Lunges
· Step Up
· Spine Stretch
· Dead Lift
