Ingredients:
6 cups Fresh Cranberries
5 tbsp Brown sugar
3 tbsp Honey
1 tsp ground clove
1 tsp ground nutmeg
zest of half a lemon
zest of half an orange
1/2 cinnamon stick
Directions:
1. In a bowl add in the cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, honey, clove, nutmeg, lemon zest, and orange zest.
2. Add the mixture into a hot pan and add water and let it reduce on medium-high heat for 30 minutes.
3. Once it is done put it in a jar and refrigerate it for the next day.
