- You don't need any equipment for this Dance-Cardio session!
- This is a stacking format dance session, so after each new combo you'll take it from the top to stack the new combo on the previous ones.
- Watch Clyde for simplified beginner moves, or Rob if you want to go all out.
- If you miss any moves, just keep moving and grooving until you catch the beat again!
