Third world squat position
Calf stretch

Multi plane squat - 10 reps
High knee step lunge to push back - 10 reps
Assisted pistol - 10 reps
Step back air lunge - 10 reps
Walking lunge - 10 reps
Single leg bridge raise - 10 reps
Ski squat, rock side to side - 10 reps
Plank with knee bend - 10 reps
Multi plane lean squat - 10 reps
Multi-Plane Squat Jumps - 10 reps
Lateral Squat Jumps - 10 reps
Burpees - 10 reps
Side Skaters - 10 reps
