For this workout you should use a bench and weight rack, a long barbell, and a short barbell, and you can take this workout with you to the gym on your phone. If you don't have access to this equipment, you can do this workout with dumbbells instead of barbells. You should choose an amount of weight for each exercise that allow you to do 10-12 reps in each set.
