It's time to take it up a notch to Level 2 of Muscle Over Matter, by breaking out the dumbbells for compound moves that will get multiple muscle groups working in harmony! In today's video Toby returns to everyone's favorite – Upper Body – but with a new twist that will challenge you and build serious upper body definition.


For this workout you will need at least 1 pair of dumbbells. Depending on your body you might need different weights for some exercises, and you should choose weights for each exercise that allow you to do 10-12 reps in each set.
