Get ready to build and tone your lower body in Level 2 of Toby's Muscle Over Matter! Like Level 2 Upper Body, you'll be using dumbbells and compound moves to get muscle groups working in tandem for a serious burn that will build serious muscles!


For this workout you will need at least 1 pair of dumbbells. Depending on your body you might need different weights for some exercises, and you should choose weights for each exercise that allow you to do 10-12 reps in each set.
