Muscle Over Matter – Level 1 continues with everything below the belt on the menu for today's workout! You'll learn new squats you didn't even know existed, and fire up the glutes and hammies in brand new ways. The barbell is so effective at working those big lower body muscle groups, and is accessible to anyone!


For this workout you should use a bench, weight rack, and a long barbell for this workout, which makes it perfect to take with you to the gym on your phone! If you don't have access to this equipment, you can substitute the barbell for other kinds of weights like dumbbells or kettlebells. You should choose an amount of weight for each exercise that allow you to do 10-12 reps in each set.
