Lunge + arm raises with dumb bells - L
Squats in closed parallel with front raise
Tricep dips
Lunge + arm raises with dumb bells - R
Teaser hold with cross body reaches
4 point kneel series
Supine roll up with one dumbbell
Side plank on hand - L
Imaginary jump board
Side plank on hand - R
Abdominal arcs with one dumb bell in each hand
Washer woman stretch and wide arms bend/extend with dumbbells
