Arm circles/shoulder rolls
Hip rolls
Hamstring curls

Circuit:
Push ups
Dips
Plank jacks
Reverse plank
Superman
Bird dogs
Bear crawls
Punch combo

REPEAT circuit twice

Cool down:
Runner’s lunge
Hamstring stretch
Triangle pose
Switch sides
Deep breaths
