Jumping jacks
Arm circles/shoulder rolls
Hip rolls
Hamstring curls

Push ups
Plank jacks
Reverse plank
Bird dogs
Bear crawls
Punch combo

REPEAT circuit twice

Cool down:
Runner’s lunge
Hamstring stretch
Triangle pose
Switch sides
Deep breaths
