Workout details: You will need a chair or counter and a towel for this class.

Chair or counter top squat hold + cat/cow
Plié hold + arm circles
Lunge - L
Around the world hip circles
Side plank - R hand down
Center plank
Side plank - L hand down (repeat 8x)
Lunge - R
Swimming w/variations
Bridges closed parallel
4 point kneel
Plank to pike
Mermaid stretch L - Happy baby - mermaid stretch R
