This healthy drink is an excellent way for you to get your daily dose of vegetables required to sustain an amazing life. Made with cucumbers and celery, which are both extremely hydrating, this drink is great for removing toxins in the body and it's naturally great for your skin and hair. Also you will get the natural sodium from the celery to keep you healthy. Raw Living Expert, Leah Putnam shares this quick and easy drink recipe in this Grokker Premium video.

Cooking Recipe

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Ready In: 10 minutes
Make Sure You Have: a juicer or high speed blender and juice or nut bag.

Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers, peeled if not organic
2 stalks of celery

Directions:
1. Start off by cutting up the vegetables.

2. Feed them through the juicer or blend them in a high speed blender.

3. If you are using a high speed blender, blend the vegetables then use a nut bag to strain the juice out into a bowl.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
