This class will help alleviate chronic lower back pain and unexpected flare-ups. Robyn will gently guide you into comfortable positions that relieve tension and increase joint mobility.

Equipment

For this class you will need chair (or couch), a set of yoga tune-up balls (or tennis or lacrosse balls), a yoga block (or thick book), and a bolster (or pillow).
