We'll begin the second week of this program with a lower back strength yoga sequence that focuses on engaging the glutes, core and lower back muscles.

Equipment

Grab a yoga mat or thick towel if you're practicing on a hard surface to cushion your back and joints.

Moves:
- Tabletop Bird-Dog (Balancing Arm/Leg Reach)
- Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana) with Optional Backbend
- Chair Pose (Utkatasana) with focus on long spine
- Locust Pose (Salabhasana) - lift chest and legs
- Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
- Child’s Pose
- Restorative Savasana
