For the last week, we'll be practicing yoga sequences for long-term prevention of back pain with today's focus on the lower back area.

Equipment

Grab a yoga mat or thick towel if you're practicing on a hard surface to cushion your back and joints.

Moves:
- Cat-Cow Warmup
- Standing Forward Fold with bent knees (Uttanasana)
- Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I) - grounding back heel
- Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)
- Reclined Pigeon Pose (Eye of the Needle)
- Supine Twist
- Restorative Savasana
