For the last strength sequence, we'll be focusing on shoulder blade stabilization along with upper back/postural strengthening to finish off the week strong!

Equipment

Grab a yoga mat or thick towel if you're practicing on a hard surface to cushion your back and joints.

Moves:
- Cow Face Arms Stretch (Gomukhasana arms)
- Dolphin Pose (preparation for strengthening shoulders and upper back)
- Forearm Plank (optional knee-down)
- Modified Chaturanga (half-way lower, elbows hugged in)
- Upward Facing Dog (gentle, optional)
- Seated Cactus Arms and Spinal Lifts
- Supported Savasana
