Workout Overview:

Five sets alternating between two exercises:

Set 1 - Russian Twists and Crunches
Set 2 - Cross Crawl and Reverse Sit-Ups/Wood Choppers
Set 3 - Side Jackknives and Side Planks
Set 4 - Hand to Leg V-Ups and Supermans
Set 5 - Leg Lifts and Toe Touches
