It can be easy to pass by your achievements and quickly focus on the next thing. However, this can be a never-ending treadmill, leading us to constantly chase that next goal or “win” without appreciating it at all once we get there. Of course, we want to appreciate the journey toward our achievements, but celebrating and savoring those achievements is just as important.
Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
