In today’s session, we’ll explore cultivating an attitude of gratitude. As soon as we enter a moment of being grateful, we shift from focusing on what we don’t have to what we do have, immediately filling us with a sense of fulfillment. This can be done in any moment throughout your day.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
