This session will be about cultivating self-love and acceptance. Life is much easier and less stressful this way, so I’d like for us to do some practices for you to develop that relationship more deeply with yourself.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
