In today’s session, we will practice finding pleasure in simple activities. So much of our lives are spent chasing the next “big” thing that we often miss how much happiness can be experienced in the little moments. Let’s explore what it might be like to experience pleasure in the simple moments.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
