Did you know that taking note of what you are grateful for and going out of your way to thank the people in your life can improve your mental and physical health? In this session, Julie will guide you through a few simple steps you can take to be more grateful and optimistic each day.

Instructions

Morning Gratitude Exercise

As soon as you wake up, take a moment to wake properly and then focus your mind on finding just five things that you are grateful for.

List these things in your mind and then go back to the beginning of the list and visualize each of these things one at a time.
