Take in your surroundings. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? Can you feel your body moving through space, or space moving through your body? In today's session, we'll learn to get more in touch with our senses and spend some time outside in nature.

Instructions

This session will be a little different in that you will be doing it outside, preferably in nature. It’s going to be a mindful walking practice. If you don’t have the ability to walk, that’s perfectly fine – you can still do this stationary, inside or outside. If you’re inside, and are able to do this outside, you can pause this session, find a space you’d like to do this, and then press play.
