Equipment

Grab a yoga mat or thick towel if you're practicing on a hard surface to cushion your back and joints.

- Seated Neck Rolls
- Seated Shoulder Rolls
- Thread-the-Needle Pose (Parsva Balasana)
- Puppy Pose (Uttana Shishosana)
- Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) - very gentle, mini lift
- Sphinx Pose
- Supported Fish Pose (using a block or bolster)
- Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana, soft bend in knees)
- Restorative Savasana
