Connect breath with movement, and bring your awareness into the present moment to calm the mind and feel less stress while activating your body. Today's series of movements can be done from your chair to stretch out tension, relieve aches and pains, and promote energy flow throughout the body.

Details

For the chair portion of this routine we recommend using a stationary, non-rolling chair. For the standing portion, you just need a small amount of space to move around.
