In this session, we will harness the power of visualization to create peace and happiness in this moment. Although our thinking mind can create a lot of distress for us at times--causing us to think about or imagine things that could go wrong or have gone wrong--it can also create a lot of joy. Today, we’ll play around with using our mind to create more positive, uplifting, and peaceful experiences, rather than distressful ones.
Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
