Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 light corn syrup
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp cream cheese ( preferable Organic Valley that contains real cheese enzymes)
1 & 1/4 cup plain yogurt (plan ahead: place a sieve with cheesecloth over a bowl, pour the yogurt, cover with plastic film and leave it overnight in your refrigerator to dry, next day, discard the water)
Zest from 2 lemons
Lemon Syrup:
Juice from 3 lemons
3 tbsp of sugar
