Thai Iced Tea Recipe (Cha Yen)

Easy Thai Iced Tea Recipe. To make Thai tea you only need water, sugar, condensed milk and Thai Tea Set which contains authentic Thai Tea Powder and Cotton tea sock (tea filter).

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
1.5 cups Thai Tea Powder (included in the Thai Iced Tea Set)
9 cups water
1 cup sugar
6-18 tablespoons condensed milk

Directions:
Heat water in a saucepan to a boil and pour in the Thai Tea, stirring occasionally.
Bring water to a boil again and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove pan from heat and filter the Thai Tea using the Cotton Tea Sock (included in the Thai Iced Tea Set).
Pour the tea into a decanter, or pour into glasses.
To get an authentic Thai Cha Yen add 1-3 tablespoons of condensed milk.
