This is a great 22 minute video clip of some very basic Pilates moves. Use this clip at home for your own workout. Stop and pause the workout anytime to practice your moves, or, to do an extra set or two! Some variations are given for intermediate and more advanced individuals. A strong core through basic Pilates is often not only a great start, but awesome continuing fitness for life by improving balance, coordination, and stability (through a strong core). Reduce fatigue in the rest of your muscles for triathletes, cyclists, swimmers and runners by "absorbing" fatigue through your strong core, thus reducing the fatigue in the rest of your body.
