In this integrated mobility test, Chris will show you how to test your level of flexibility, and track your progress as you join him in learning the fundamentals of mobility. By returning to this test as you go through the course, you will see a tangible improvement in your mobility score. Chair
Broom
Tape Measure

Workout:
For each stretch or movement successfully completed, you will receive the following score:
Chin to chest, 1 point
Chin to collarbones, 2 points (one for each side)
Shoulder test, 2 points (one for each side)
Thoracic rotation, 1 point
Toe touch, 1 point
Hip touching wall, 1 point
Balance on one leg, 2 points (one for each side)
Knee to wall, 2 points (one for each side)
Quad stretch, 2 points (one for each side)
Leg cross, 2 points (one for each side)
Sleeper stretch, 2 points (one for each side)
Back of arm wall touch, 1 point
Lats stretch, 1 point
Side lying rotation stretch, 2 points (one for each side)
Inline lunge, 2 points (one for each side)
Overhead squat, 1 point

Total possible: 25
20+: good
14-20: average
0-13: limited
