It’s amazing how much stress and tension can accumulate in our busy lives, often beneath our awareness. In this session, we will practice calming the mind and releasing stored tension. It’s important to take time help release this tension – otherwise it builds, making us less calm and patient in our day-to-day lives.
Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
