More and more men are practicing yoga. Both the New York Giants and the Seattle Seahawks have practiced yoga as part of their training due to the fact that it strengthens the core, builds upper body strength, balance, and stability. Yoga is also helpful in preventing injury, which makes it a great exercise for men who enjoy playing sports. And, according to the Journal of Sexual Medicine, yoga can also improve men’s sex lives, helping to enhance everyhting from their erections to their orgasms.
