Today's workout is an AMRAP Cardio circuit that takes it up a notch with an extra round and harder exercises.

AMRAP Cardio
- As Many Reps As Possible in 1 minute for each exercise, with good form
- 5 exercises
- 2 rounds, rest for 1 min between rounds
- On your 2nd round, try to beat your 1st round score
- Make sure to warm up and cool down

1. Squat Thrusts
2. Alternating Lunge Jumps
3. Forward Long Jumps + Run back to starting point
4. Butt Kicks
5. Plank
