Do you find it difficult to switch gears after a busy day at work? Perhaps you spend your free time worrying about work or something you have to do the next day instead of relaxing and enjoying yourself. In this session you will learn how to release worry and be more present, so you can more effectively relax and recharge.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
