Challenging Videos

Not only can challenging yoga be great for the body, but it can also work wonders on the mind. There’s no greater feeling than finally being able to hold yourself up in the crane pose, or knowing that you’ve improved your flexibility enough to execute frog pose with your legs flat against the ground. There’s no question that you’re in the best shape of your life when you can remain in poses like these for an extended period of time. Perfecting these poses can take months or even years, but the challenge pays off in the end.
