This practice will focus on two basic methods of restorative inversions. Inversions are poses in which your legs are higher than the heart and promote circulation, muscle recovery, and relaxation. Judith will first set you up in Legs up the Wall pose in which you will need two-three blankets, a yoga strap or belt, and eye pillow. The second basic restorative inversion is Legs on Chair in which you will need a chair with no arms and two blankets. Judith will be on hand to guide you through setting these poses up, easing you into the pose, and bringing you out after a period of relaxation.

Equipment

For this class you will need 2-3 blankets, a belt or strap, a chair with no arms, and an eye pillow.
