This is a forty-minute Taoflow where you will learn proper alignment and breathing techniques for overall health. Class begins with a few minutes of free-style Shaking to clear the mind and warm up the body. Then, follow Qigong Expert Cain Carroll to move into Joint Opening exercises to increase circulation and awareness of the joints in preparation for in-depth study and practice of Womb Squat.
