This is a forty-minute set of Taoflow basics. Class begins with traditional Shaking to clear the mind, detox the cells and rejuvenate the whole body. Then, the sequence moves through some of the basic Taoflow standing postures and movements, followed by gentle floor work to open the hips, unwind the spine, and chill the mind. Students of all levels are welcome.

Equipment

You will need a mat and a blanket.
