Energizing Videos

Practicing yoga first thing in the morning can be an incredibly effective way of increasing your energy levels throughout the day. Like other types of exercise, yoga reduces fatigue, and certain poses have been shown to leave you feeling particularly energized. A study by the University of Oxford found that yoga was able to help healthy people of varied ages feel increases in their energy levels. The study concluded that just a half hour of yoga stretches and breathing exercises were enough to dramatically improve both the mental and physical energy levels of the subjects.
